The project is a 11,422 SF residential project composed of multiple volumes that articulate the different programmatic areas of the house. The main structure includes a central public space (Main House), a private Master Wing and Guest Wing, a garage, a separate greenhouse, and a detached barn.
As part of the JHcadOutsourcing team, I have been responsible for modeling the entire project in Revit from the early design stages. The project was developed in collaboration with a renowned architect based in Los Angeles, who provided initial sketches and CAD documentation, which I interpreted and translated into a fully detailed BIM model. I also coordinated with structural engineers and the landscape team, integrating their input (received in CAD and PDF format) into a federated model that ensures consistency across disciplines.
In addition to developing the permit sets for county submission, I have produced a complete set of interior elevations to support the next design phases, focused on interior detailing and finishes.
